     Mammoth is one of the DSL backbone providers we use to carry traffic from
the telco DSL DSLAM to the Internet backbone as well as route authentication
requests and accounting information to us.

     The outage shouldn't extend for the entire duration but occur for a short
while sometime during that interval.

We will be moving DSL terminations from a Cisco 7206VXR to our Redback
SmartEdge Wednesday evening.  This will affect Mammoth Partners whose DSL
End Users terminate in that Cisco (LATAs listed above).  This will not
affect Mammoth Partners whose End Users aggregate over Layer 2.
