Network Maintenance Outage


     I apologize for no advance notice, but we did not receive any advance
notice from Integra, the company that bought ELI.  Our network connectivity at
the Bellevue Co-Location facility is currently down because they are doing
repair work on the router.

     Unfortunately, I have no way of getting this out until after the outage
is concluded.  I am told it should not be longer than 15-20 minutes.  It
started at 1:33AM.
