Qwest DSL Maintenance 12/10 11PM -> 12/11 2AM.

     Qwest will be re-hoaming circuits starting on 12/10 at 11PM Pacific time
and ending on 12/11 at 2AM Pacific.  The circuits that are being moved to a
different switch are in Wyoming, so this probably will not affect us but I
don't know how Qwest routes things so it's a possibility there may be some
impact.
