Planned Maintenance Outage Qwest DSL Wyoming


     On January 23, 2008, beginning at 00:30 (half hour past midnight) mountain
standard time, there will be a three hour maintenance window during which there
may be outages in Wyoming.

     This is to allow Qwest to migrate a DS3 circuit providing service in that
area to a new switch.
