DSL


     There was a problem with a card in a piece of equipment in Seattle causing
the router to reboot resulting in a couple of brief outages of the Qwest DSL
services on March 17th and 18th.  Both outages lasted approximately 4 minutes.
The card has been replaced and things appear to be stable.
