You or someone had used your account from different locations! (fwd)

In case anyone wonders why they are having trouble receiving e-mail from
cox.net, here is an example of why. We are receiving phishing scams from them
in which their server forwards e-mail forged to appear to originate in domains
they do not even host.

Complaints to them only result in automated responses and the phishing
scams keep coming.

Because people do fall for these and end up losing large sums of money, we
can't allow this and are forced to block servers when repeated complaints go
ignored.
