We had an outage with the SMTP server where the machine locked up. It was not noticed until Sunday afternoon. It required a trip to our Bellevue facility to do a manual restart and required some manual file system repair. Also about Midnight Monday morning we had an NFS error on Ultra1 which is the main web server.
