Mail (pop3/imap/smtp) hung with no warning this afternoon, requiring a colo trip to scan drives and reboot; this also affected the web/ftp server as hanging webmail sessions creeped the load higher. Both servers are back in working order; approximately an hour to hour-and-a-half outage.
