ultra1 and eskimo outage

This morning at about 9am pacific ultra1, which handles the web server suffered
a kernal panic.  Remotely rebooted the server however it locked up and died
during shutdown so things had to wait until I could leave work.  Sometime as
well during the day the old shell "eskimo.com" crashed as well, both server's
have been rebooted and are back online as of around 5:30pm.
