I bet the latin radio station is close by to
the church... Maybe those succeptable
mics are not terminated quite the right way so
the TAPCO doesn't reject the signal.
Are the cables the same when trying the different mics? Maybe the mics are
condensors with electronics in them that are picking up and detecting the signal... Or, maybe
they're unbalancing the line or something like that.
These aren't wireless mics, are they? If that's
the case, then the receiver could be overloading
with the strong signal.
