: Hi all,
: Over the years I've been collecting Spectro Acoustics equipment. I'm guessing I've got about 20 pieces now. I started with a full rack system of the 217 pre, 200sr amp, 2102 eq, and the 220 tuner. This was purchased back in the 70's.
: In recent history I've been buying the SA gear over the internet (eBay and e-shops) and locally.
: I'm in the process of developing a site and part of it will be dedicated to SA gear. I'd like do a pictoral chronology of the line including a full company history. I would also like to include manuals and schematics. Unfortunately I've not had ANY luck finding schematics and repair maunals. Most of mine have disappeared over the years. I still have a few pieces plus a couple of sales brochures.
: I would really like to here from you Spectro Acoustics folks. Maybe put a face and name to your inspection tags (Strawberry, Spiderman, and the rest). I would also love to talk to you about the developement of the line. I plan to incorporate as much of this into my website as I can.
: If any of you still have archieved schematics, manuals, promo material and the like, I would happily purchase it from you or pay for the reproduction fees.
: Thanks in advance and I look forward to hearing from you all.

I also am collecting Spectro Acoustics gear. Likewise I purchased a 217 pre, 2102 eq, 500SR amp and 220R tuner. I have a copy of the repair manual for the 500SR and the original manuals for all but the 220R. I also have a sales brochure for the 220R and the last 200 amp. I am trying to acquire additional amplifiers for other rooms as well as for my home theater. Equalizers are plentiful on the used market, but the amplifiers are rare. If you have any interest in what I have drop me an e-mail.
