Document signed while St. Clair was serving as a court officer appointed by Gov. Penn. Size 13" by 5" on laid, watermarked rag-content paper. Heavy age toned, some stains (see image) away from signature, some separation along a fold which I have repaired from the reverse with archival tape, a few tiny holes along fold, otherwise sound condition.
