The Green Tortoise
Is a traveler's hostel that caters to
the International Visitor


The Green Tortoise is located in the heart of Downtown Seattle
on 2nd Avenue between Pike St. and Pine St.
Just 2 blocks from the famous Pike Place Market

Nothing fancy...just a door
But...There is a camera on the door
With the monitor at the front desk

Yeah...kinda long...
But you can handle it ;-)

It's $40/night for a single (private) room
And two can share a private room for $20/each

Yes...it's quite Spartan
But all you do is sleep here
The activities are all in the big common areas
Those are nice too...you'll see

There's another set of bunks on the other side of the room
A bunk is only $17/night
(But you don't get to pick your room-mates unless there are four of you)
