Over the years I have had many requests for "Butcher" related posters; sometimes for Beatle parties, some for gifts, sometimes for people that have a "paste-over" (2nd State) album and want a "butcher" photo to frame and hang along side of their album so that others can see what the photo looks like underneath their "trunk-cover" slick. This poster would be a great alternative to peeling an expensive "2nd State" cover just to see what the Butcher photo looks like.
These posters are NOT bootlegs of the original 1966 Capitol retail outlet promotional posters. These were printed smaller than the original so they could easily be distinguished from the originals. These are only similar to them for nostalgic purposes. These are actually of much better quality than the originals. Printing processes have improved much over the last 30+ years.

About this poster:
  • Size is exactly 16"x20".
  • Printed on thick, glossy paper stock
  • Made from the actual ORIGINAL Butcher negative,
    the SAME EXACT NEGATIVE that Capitol Records used to make the original 1966 1st LP cover.
  • It also has the full "uncropped" image that shows more than the 1966 LP cover showed.
