Today's Weather: *Winter Storm* Continuations of this seasons' first winter storm. Currently 2.5" inches of snow on the ground. The predicted low tonight is 11ºF. Tomorrow's High is not expected to break 20 degrees. 1.5 inches of the snow accumulation is new as of today. Monroe, Wa about 7 miles west of here recieved 7" of new snow tonight. Bellingham got 15" of snow so far sense our cold snap.

Current forcast calls for snow showers ending Tuesday morning. Then clearing and very cold. A new storm will move in Wednesday evening and dump another round of snow through friday. I am now processing these daily updates from my new location in Gold Bar, Washington. It is one of the small towns located along the Skykomish River in the Cascade Mountains off of Steven's Pass Hwy.
