Winter Storm Watch has been issued by the National Weather service of Seattle for the entire western washington region. 1-3 inches possible starting Wednesday night through Thursday. Accumulations are not exact, due to the unpredictability of how long it will take for the northern marine air of this next system to move in. They do know it will stop precipitating before tempratures rise above freezing. Lows tonight are expected to hit single digits.

As I was driving up Hwy 522 from Shoreline today, going accross the Snohomish River the temp reading in my car was 10ºF. In Shoreline it was 16ºF at around 8:30pm It was 20.3ºF when I pulled into my driveway at 10pm.

All roads are solid ice. Sand helps but only in spots.
