Wind, Cold unstable air

These are words they were using in this mornings forcast. Last night it was just a typical forcast of some rain showers in the morning, breezy conditions and then clearing.

Today, rain showers presisted into the afternoon. Winds were gusty all day. Around 1pm it was hailing and snowing mixed with rain.

Tonight the lows are going to be droping from 25-30 degrees F. I will be resetting my themometer when I get home tonight and start daily updates through this rapidly changing weather. Mountains Passes, including Steven's and Snoquami recieved more significant snowfall than the other day on Steven's Pass first snow fall of the season.

More on this later.

a brief update

Today Steven's Pass had it's first snow fall this season. They currently have 2-3 inches, and are expected to get another 2 inches for the evening before it melts off.

Here in the lowlands, in the past week I recorded a low temprature of 39.0ºF

Had I been keeping up with nightly updates right now I'd be able to tell wich night this happened on. I think this is the first time I've seen a high of 78 degrees and a low of 39 degrees in the same month. Fall sure kicked in real hard, once it finally kicked in.

Current Temp: 49.8ºF
Current Humidity: 92%

I will attempt to start nightly updates again here, but This month is going to be very busy for me. I'll be moving to a new location.
