Chuck's Travels (Condensed Version)

Where do you want to go today?

I have traveled around the country; U.S. and Canada for the most part. So far I have been to the following states and provinces (I decided to see my country first and then the rest of the world as time allows)...

Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Ohio, Illinois, Florida, Virginia, D.C., Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts (in the U.S.) and British Columbia, Alberta, and Northwest Territories (in Canada).

The summer of 1996 I did a quick self guided tour of Europe. I landed in Germany, Switzerland, France and England. Maybe I'll post a couple photos around here some day. And cities and other points of interest I have visited are...

Prince Rupert, Whistler, Banff, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Mission Park Raceway, Victoria, Cambell River, the inside passage and the glaciers in Canada. Anchorage, Juneau and Ketchikan in Alaska. Seattle, Pacific Raceway, Olympia, the Olympics, Mt. St. Helans, the San Juan Islands, Mt Rainier, Spokane and Grand Coulee dam in Washington. Portland and Portland International Raceway, Salem, Eugene, the Columbia River Gorge, Mt Hood, Mt Bachelor, Crater Lake, the Oregon Caves, the Snake River and Hell's Canyon, and beaches in Oregon. The Red Woods, Sears Point and Thunderhill Raceways, San Francisco, the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges, Oakland and Candlestick Parks, the BART, Sacramento, San Jose, Monterey and Laguna Seca Raceway, Yosemite, Tahoe, Heavenly Valley, Los Angeles and the Queen Mary, Disney Land, Long Beach, Death Valley, San Diego, Highway 1 on the coast, etc. in California. Boise, Coeur D'Aalene, Sun Valley, and Twin Falls in Idaho. Reno and Las Vegas in Nevada. Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Phoenix and the Grand Canyon in Arizona. Salt Lake City, Snow Bird and Deer Park, and Lake Powell in Utah. Santa Fe and the Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico. Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Houston in Texas. Pearl Harbor, Honolulu, and most points of interest in Hawaii. Denver, Pikes Peak, Vail, Steamboat, Breckenridge, Copper Mt and the Air Force Academy in Colorado. Yellow Stone, the Tetons, Glacier Nation Park, and the Rockies in Montana and Wyoming. Chicago in Illinois. Mid-Ohio Raceway in Ohio. Disney World in Florida. And Washington D.C., Annapolis, Gettysburg, West Point, Philadelphia and the Liberty Bell, Baltimore, Yankee Stadium, the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, the Twin Towers (before 9/11) and you name it in New York City, Boston, Salem, and the Baseball Hall of Fame on the east coast.

In Europe I visited Munich, Zurich, London (my favorite city over there) and Paris.

That about covers it (so far) for my travels. Glad they invented air transportation.
