Model SS03-AC

The SSO3-AC is a portable and very easy-to-use hydrophone system that consists of the SSO3-10 Sea-Phone hydrophone and the Fender Amp Can Speaker. The Amp Can is a portable, battery powered, amplified speaker. The system is exceptionally loud and clear, and it allows several people to listen at one time to underwater sounds. The SSO3-AC is our most popular system and is ideal for listening to all species of cetaceans that vocalize in the human hearing range.

SSO3-MD

The SSO3-MD is similar to the SSO3-AC, but it uses the Fender Mini Deluxe portable amplifier instead of the Fender Amp Can. This system is ideal for listening to whales and dolphins from small boats or kayaks. The SSO3-MD includes a headphone/line output and is our most economical system.
