Actual video footage from a sperm whale's point of view can be seen in National Geographic Television's video "Sea Monsters: Search for the Giant Squid". This television special was first broadcast on 25 February 1998 and won an Emmy Award for Best Sound, thanks to Cetacean Research™ hydrophones..
