Preregistration Policy and Form

Preregistration for workshops and special events helps the Society anticipate attendance; it also ensures a place for you. Preregistration is due two weeks prior to the workshop date. However, preregistration for workshops is not required, and there is no penalty for registering later.

Preregistration Form

To preregister for Saturday workshops, please print this form and mail it, with payment, to the address below. To begin or renew your Society membership or ask for a newsletter subscription, please print and use the Membership/Mailing List Request Form.
