(Via Pivacy.NET). and to learn about software that spies on you see GRC.com or Counterexploitation to get you started. Just with spammers I do not like the concept of spyware. Yeah, nothing is really free, that free program you got is paid for your agreeing to give up all kinds of private information about yourself.

 

My Point of view

First - Privacy as we understand it, and believe it to be is an illusion. You really don't have any not much at least. Nobody does. You are an open book; someone somewhere knows something or everything about you. And if they don't there are people and entities that want to know everything about you, either to market to you, steal from you, or sell that data to others who have their own nefarious plans. For now only your thoughts are your own, and even that can be usurped.
With that said...  I do not partake in that;  your information doesn't interest me. I don't need to know nor want to know. I believe in the sanctity of personal privacy. I believe in the old ways of what happens between a client and customer stays between the client and the customer. What is said between friends remains between friend.

I/we do not keep nor collect any information on, for or to any customer, natural person, person or other entity that I/we may do business with other than a what may be minimally needed such as contact name, mailing or shipping address, phone number, in some cases e-mail or IP address,  and driving directions when I/we need to do an on-site task.

As there is very little data collected by my self, I/we can not release any information or data as we probably never collected or saved it. The information we do have, we do not release to any third party; unless, under the duress of a direct and specific court's order and then only for official court use, upon proof of claim and if I/we deem it worthy of disclosure. Furthermore; The right of private contract if stipulated, may override a request of the court as provided in the Constitution for Washington State. However; I/we do not keep information longer than it takes to finish a job or contract it may not possible to share any said information anyway as I tend to delete, shred, purge, or delete information and other things on an irregular basis.

That doesn't  mean however someone else will try to capture, copy, intercept and/or release any of your private date or information. We can not control nor be responsible if our data or conversation is intercepted somewhere along the way.
