Are You Qualified to Join OFDA?

OFDA ENTERS THE TECHNICAL DIVING MARKET get your technical dive cards the easy way

Are you a scuba card collector? Do you want to impress your friends and dive buddies? If you qualify, your personal, plastic-sealed OFDA card will be sent to you in 3 to 5 working days.

To qualify you must:

Be certified by a recognized dive agency.
Have 50 years life experience or have at least 250 dives.
Have $20 cash and a picture of yourself.

How to order your card:

Find your card from a real dive agency.
Copy the side with your picture.
Find or take a passport sized photo for the OFDA card.
Find and copy either proof of age 50 or log page showing over 249 dives.
Locate $20 (US) cash.

The OFDA card makes a great gift for your spouse or dive buddy. Grab their C card while they are struggling out of that wetsuit (get a twenty at the same time), find a picture and proof of age or dives, then send for the order form.

Be advised that your OFDA card is not a certification card. This card is an award for living or diving experience.
