 Bill and Julie Miller are co-presidents of the Tacoma ARS chapter. Julie's father, E. White Smith, is a former president and was instrumental in helping establish the Point Defiance Rhododendron Garden. Her grandparents, Elwood and Neta Budil, were founders of the chapter in the late 1940s.
