Rhododendron Bench #16

This is a relatively simple rhododendron bench, with a seat and back suspended between two inverted Vs. Two cross pieces make them As, and provide forward-backward stability. They are joined at the rear to make a triangle, giving left-right stability. The branch at the top of the back is for appearance.

Joining the two long cross pieces behind the tree also discourages the front yard bench from walking away in the night.

I selected rhododendron branches for thickness and curvature to replicate those on the small maple.
