Benedict Lumber Co., Inc. has been a family owned business, operating continuously since the 1920's. The business was started in Bohemia, NY in the 1920's. In 2003 we changed into Benedict's Futon Warehouse, Inc. and moved to Maine.
We hand craft the futon frames, table, and other accessories on the premises, and sell to wholesale customers.

Athens Furniture, Inc. is a privately owned, family-run corporation based in New York state with management that has expertise in Internet commerce, and extensive experience in the furniture industry since the early 1990's.
We do not have any retail stores in order to concentrate on our Internet sales. We save on the overhead of retail showrooms in order to be able to sell our products at discount prices.
We are happy to provide the online retail service for Benedict's Futon Warehouse, Inc. in addition to our own website.
