In the 3 Nov. Medical Tribune under the heading of Clinical Rounds on P10 is
an article by Patricia McAdam entitled "Local anesthetic appears safe for
circumcision."  I didn't make it an action alert in the Guardian Angell for
lack of space, and also because it speaks for itself weighing the pros and
cons of anesthetics, complications, etc.  

Here is the alert:  "What issues do you think need to be addressed regarding
the practice of ob-gyn?  Call the Medical Tribune Hotline 1-800-937-8838."
