I have recently started subscribing to the alt.sex groups because I am
making a series of doucumentaries for British TV about sex and
relationships around the world. 

So, it came as a surprise to me that male cirumsicion is becoming a hot
issue in the arena of sexual politics, and thus of course, on the net.

I could do with a bit of education, I guess, and wondered if someone at
your organisation could explain why and when this issue made its presence
felt.

If the issue was likely to remain high-profile in coming months I would
like to come to the States and include it in one of our documentaries. If
you can help me out with any information or advice that might facilitate
