The NY Times published an article on the relationship between early
violence and high rates of teenage violence due to changes in brain
neuro-transmitters. 
     You have all received the text of the article separately.  The
article inexplicably failed to point out the first violence done to boys
in the United States is circumcision.  Circumcision has been shown to
produce behavioral changes. (Taddio et al, The Lancet, Feb 4, 1995, pp
291-292) The following appears on the editorial page of the New York
Times:
