Web Author: Over 250 home pages for a company intranet, a web-ready on-line help system, and nine upgrades to Team Facilitator: ran team kickoff sessions and project reviews. Marketing and Sales Rep: met and exceeded sales quotas in two separate territories. Technical Trainer: Wrote course outlines for and taught various application-specific courses as well as delivered classes for both on-site and classroom technical training.

Hewlett Packard, Palo Alto, CA: wrote marketing and technical documents for a new product launch. Veteran's Affairs Dept., Denver, CO: wrote and planned technical documents for an Oracle conversion project. Trust Company of America, Denver, CO: wrote the user's guide and on-line help system for a portfolio management software company. Management Engineering Services, Longmont, CO: formatted and finalized various National Park Service proposals. TTC Technology, Denver, CO: edited and finalized several documents for a key client. MicroMotion, Boulder, CO: edited, reformatted and converted documents from EPS to FrameMaker. TechLink, Denver, CO: helped write various marketing proposals. Morgan Kaufman, Inc., San Francisco, CA: initiated and wrote the proposal for the 2nd edition of the IT book.

Alutiiq, LLC, Denver, CO: Developed a browser-based procedure toolkit in RoboHelp, a +30 page division-wide website structure, and a +300 page government proposal structure for a construction management company.

Tanning Technology Corp, Denver, CO: Wrote, edited and developed technical, marketing, and system documents for Tanning, an international IT consulting company. Worked on major TTC accounts, including First Resort, Invesmart, R. R. Donnelley, E*TRADE, Hartford, CSX, Janus Funds, and US WEST. Worked directly with the CEO as well as marketing directors on corporate marketing efforts. Managed the upgrade of the company intranet site. Facilitated numerous team kickoff and project reviews. Co-authored IT Manager's Handbook: Getting Your New Job Done with a senior IT manager in New York City. It is an introductory book for technical professionals who are interested in pursuing careers in IT management. It was published in October of 2000, and is 320 pages long. A new version will be published in the Fall of 2006.

Computer Literacy Press, Berkeley, CA (1998, 1995)

Wrote Windows 98 Step-by-Step and Windows 95 Step-by-Step. The books were published in the summers of 1998 and 1995 respectively. Researched the material using beta software, created graphics, wrote the content, and fit it into a predefined document format.
