with a senior IT manager in New York City. It is an introductory book
for technical professionals who are interested in pursuing careers in
IT management. It was published in October of 2000, and is 320 pages
long. A new version will be published in the Fall of 2006.

Wrote Windows 98 Step-by-Step and Windows 95 Step-by-Step.
The books were published in the summers of 1998 and 1995 respectively.
