Notes:
(1) Handler for Kobe on day 1 was
Neil. Handler on day 2 was Nancy.
(2) Day 1 the whole gang was
entered! Dogs and bitches everywhere. Everybody did well.
Disappointed that Jesse didn't win overall. He needs to win one more major to
finish,
but he still
did very well and was the
Reserve Winner. Vanna finished 1st in Class,
Emmy
finished OS, and Peaches finished 1st in
Class.
(3) Day 1 for Kobe went
okay. He needs to work on his standing (among other things). The
Judge was
kind and went through the motions to give Kobe some experience.
(4) Day 2, well to put it
nicely, SUCKED!
Not that Kobe was helping his case, being a bigger
butthead than normal (2nd days just doesn't seem to go over well with
him). Even though
Kobe was the only dog entered in his class,
he was awarded 2nd place
just so
he couldn't
reenter
ring. Kobe's first taste of AKC politics, gotta love it.
