DIET COKE... I'm not kidding you when I say its my favorite soda. I consume massive quantities of this delicious beverage. No other diet cola comes even close to tasting as good to me. Diet Pepsi is a poor substitute and store brand colas just do not cut it!! It's pretty much something I can ildulge in with no side effects. No calories, no sugar, no carbs, no fat, very low sodium. Yes there is the caffiene but its far less then in a cup of coffee. And yes DC does contain aspartame but it is harmless, as you can read in some links below. Some people are alergic to the OTHER sweetener in DC, phenalanalyne, thank God I'm not one, haha.
