License

The PM DLL and all help files, library files (.lib) and include files are free for use with programs distributed for free. The PM DLL is not free for use with ANY program that is sold (e.g. shrinkwrap software, software for advertising, etc). If not distributing an application, then all files downloaded (DLL/.so, all help files, library files, etc) must be distributed together. When distributing an application one may distribute the DLL/.so only. In other words, if ANY money (shipping and handling, copying fees, or other form of payment, trade, etc) changes hands, you MUST purchase the source code.

The purchased source code may be customized, modified and recompiled as required, but may not be redistributed or made public in any source form. To enquire about purchasing the PM DLL source code, contact JBM.

JBM maintains all copyrights to the PM DLL (or shared library) and all accompanying files.
