If (you have 2G memory on your AS400) then Goto websphere
Else Goto tomcat

If (you have 10 prgrammer in your team) then Goto webshere
Else Goto tomcat

If (your coustomer can wait for the application for 1+ years) Goto
Wesphere
Else Goto tomcat
