Larry G. Johnson, a Seattle attorney, has 30 years of litigation experience and is a principal of a law firm devoted to the gathering and use of computer evidence in litigation, The E-Discovery Law Group. He is also the owner of an "electronic discovery" consulting firm, Electronic Data Evidence, which provides expert witness services to lawyers seeking to find, preserve and produce evidence in electronic format.
Larry is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, where he did his undergraduate studies in foreign languages (B.A. summa cum laude) and obtained his law degree (J.D. cum laude). He holds a Masters degree from Harvard, and he also studied at the Sorbonne in Paris and the Free University of Berlin, Germany. He is a frequent speaker in Continuing Legal Education seminars for lawyers and has written several articles on electronic discovery and the use of computers in litigation. He has served as mediator, arbitrator and Judge Pro Tem in the resolution of scores of cases. In 1999-2000 he served as Chairman of the King County Bar Association Section on Law and Technology.
