COME NOW Defendants Johnson by and through counsel, Gary A. Maehara, for Answer to Defendant Lynn's Cross-claim and state as follows:

For Answer to paragraph 1. of the Cross-claim, Defendants Johnson acknowledge the contents of the allegation, and as to paragraph 2. Defendants deny the same.

WHEREFORE, having fully answered the allegations of the Cross-claim, Defendants Johnson request that the cross-claim be dismissed with prejudice.
