In that old favorite Guys and Dolls I played the Chicago gangster Big Julie, who's come to New York for the Big Crap Game. Big Julie, on a losing streak, decides to use his own dice with no spots on them, but "he remembers where they are," and with the threat of his holstered gun he cleans up as he alone can read his "special dice."
In the end, he and his underworld buddies lose a toss of the dice to Sky Masterson, who in order to win the heart of Miss Sarah, a Salvation Army evangelist, cashes in on his lucky roll by making them all attend a prayer meeting, thereby saving Miss Sarah's Mission from closure.
