STIPULATION
Pursuant to CR 29, the parties hereto, through their attorneys
undersigned, hereby stipulate as follows:
1. In addition to filing all pleadings in paper form with the
Clerk of the Superior Court, the parties shall file by e-mail all
pleadings, in ASCII format, with an electronic depository maintained on
the Internet under an account with [name of Internet provider], to be
paid for monthly by the parties hereto. This depository shall include a
key word search engine to be utilized by any party to this action and a
case scheduling tickler to assist the parties in complying with the
case management schedule ordered by the Superior Court in this matter.
2. In addition, the parties shall file by e-mail, in ASCII format,
all written forms of discovery (interrogatories, requests for
production of documents and things, and requests for admissions), and
the answers thereto shall be e-mailed to the depository. [Further, all
depositions shall be maintained in ASCII format on the Internet
depository.]
3. Service shall be deemed to have been made on all parties hereto
upon any party's e-mailing any pleading or response to discovery to the
depository and all parties of record, without further need to serve the same in paper form.
[4. All filings to the depository shall be encrypted and decrypted
with {name of mutually agreeable software}.]
