Sion was son of Alexander SPEIGHT (1824-1851) and Winna HINSON (1824 -
); and Martha Jane SPEIGHT (1848-1900) married October 28, 1869 to
Daniel Cicero HONEYCUTT (1849-1898) (both buried at Friendship Methodist
Church Cemetery) - Martha Jane was daughter of Joseph Speight
(1826-1850) and Nancy Jane Hinson (1820-abt 1882). Both HINSONS were

I am looking for information on Nancy Ann WRIGHT who was from Norwood, Stanly
County, NC.  She married William M. "Will" ROBINSON of Montgomery County on
11 November 1903.  Nancy Ann Wright was born 23 October 1865 and died
26 November 1933 and is buried at Sharon Cemetery, Mt. Gilead, Montgomery
County.  Will was first married to Caroline Pernice "Callie" Byrd, 
b. 8 September 1871, d. 28 January 1903 (?).  Will and Callie had three 
sons, Lacy Mason, John Miller and Luther Martin, and one daughter who died 
as an infant. Nancy Ann Wright and Will Robinson had no children.
I would love to hear from anyone who has any information on any of the 
above and will share what I have.

Having very little to go on, I submit the following information in the hope someone will have something for us: We have no dates, only last names---Melchor, who married a Culp; Stone, who married a Miller. There is mentioned a John Frank Miller, who was a surveyor and teacher. Our immediate family was Sherrill Culp, with brothers Claude and Clay, and a sister Beulah who married Broadus Burrage. There are Culps living in Stanly County at present, who are related.

Looking for James David M. Hu/Honeycutt, married Eda Rowland or Underwood. Their children: Sara E. (1848), Roena J.(1854), Joel (Joseph) M. (1856), Mary C. (60), Martha (63), Thomas M. (69), and Nancy L. (72). They are listed in the 1850 census as living in Stanly Co., N. C. and listed as living on lot 538. Alexander and Sarah Honeycutt were listed as living on lot 536, and both he and James David are about the same age, and possible brothers. Lot 535, has Mark Honeycutt age 50 living there, with Levi K. and Mary Honeycutt living on lot 540 and being of ages 55 and 50 respectfully. James David could be the son of either Mark or Levi K, because they are both in their 50's, and living within 2 households of each other. It is also possible that George Honeycutt Sr. is his father and living at lot 542, as well as Lewis living at lot 544.
