LIVE APPEARANCES

As a Rockshots greeting card model (since 1987,) I have appeared at trade shows and parties (photo opportunities, autograph signing, etc.) as both model and entertainer. I have posed for nearly 3 dozen cards, and my image has also appeared on party invitations, novelties, gift wrap and calendars--including several editions "Bulging Beauties" Calendar!

I am also a freelance comic/entertainer appearing at parties, roasts and fundraising events, specializing in "customized comedy".

ANYTHING ELSE?

Well, since you asked.....I have been featured in a number of publications, including BUF magazine as "The Zoftig Queen of the Greeting Card Scene," (January, 1990) and my artwork was featured in another issue (July, 1995.) I have been interviewed (and photographed) for several British tabloids and a variety of newspaper articles including the New York Times, The Sacramento Bee, The Bergen Record and was seen on the cover of The National Examiner (beneath Whitney Houston, and next to the woman who axe- murdered her husband!)

I have appeared as a runway and catalog model for BIG BEAUTIFUL DOLLS clothing by Karen Stimson, New Haven, CT. and contracted as a free lance designer, copy writer and spokesmodel/commentator for MYLES AHEAD (Large and supersize clothing) of Tamarac, FL.

As Media Liason for Largesse: The Network for Size-Esteem, I have spoken to both groups and individuals regarding issues of weight and self-esteem, most recently at Jersey City State College (on behalf of The Council on Size and Weight Discrimination.)

An accomplished artist, illustrator, writer and designer, I have producedClipArt, novelty items (buttons, magnets, note cards and fine art) as well as creating and marketing my own line of hand painted clothing featuring flattering images of fat women under the name "Meshugana Shirtworks."
