Gee! a 25 year synopsis - well lets see - was at Wazzu with Kimmers Moa, Molly Kopecky (what ever happened to her?), Jeff Johnson (where
did he go?) and Kathy Oebser. Did the usual - fell in love with the wrong guy and finally extracted myself from that relationship too
many years later. Didn't finish college (ran outta cash), started working as a secretary (always could type fast) and transferred from
Seattle to LA with Rainier Bank on some venture or another they were doing (that was 1985). Met my then future husband (Wendell) in the Birthed the kid in July 1999, and started working out of the house doing paralegal work (thank goodness for the internet and high speed
digital lines!) so I could stay home and see the development of the baby blob to
kidlet. We bought a house (finally!) in Nov 2000 in Castaic, as we had been all crammed together in a 1 bedroom apt
(which worked up until the time the kid started walking). So now the 3 of us are here in the
'burbs and there are many a day I feel like (but don't look like) June Cleaver (but thankfully no Beaver!). Ha
ha!! Elementary and junior high school are just down the street - and we're in a totally new development so everything is really nice
and clean. It is hot up here though...central air is an absolute necessity. That's about it. Nothing much more to report, other than I didn't win
the $141 million lotto in California on Saturday (boo hoo - some one did get it but they bought that ticket in San Jose)!! Ah well...just
have to keep on trying. 25th reunion sounds cool - is there a date yet? I see dates in
August tossed around - are you still aiming for that or something later in the year? If you want to do the race track (Emerald Downs)
and we do it far enough down the road, my little sister can help us get reservations as she knows people (some of you may remember she
was working the catering at our last reunion). If we go to the track you can count on Wendell, Jamie and me being there as my husband (and
my daughter) love to play the ponies. Well, someone's gotta feed them! We've fed the So Cal horses, so now its time to feed the
