Strangest Dream

I had the strangest dream today. It was set in a futuristic setting, I was female, royalty of some sort, and about 25 or so. I was traveling from one city to another staying at hotels. There was some weird technology in which it was possible to teleport possessions but not people from one location to another and actually arrange those possessions remotely. So before going to another city, I would secure a room, teleport my things to that room and put them away remotely, then travel there. There was a lot of security around me as I traveled. Never really did anything except that. Very odd dream.

Red Elk

Red Elk was George Noory's guest on Coast to Coast AM, a late night talk show that tends to focus on the paranormal. Red Elk refers to himself as an inter-tribal medicine man and shares various visions on the air. Some of what he sees happening in the future corresponds fairly well with some of the things I have seen in my dreams.

Tonight was especially interesting because he touched on Seattle in particular, and my visions deal only with the Pacific Northwest. There are some agreements and some disagreements between what he sees and what I see.

He sees a structure under Seattle in the form of a big 'V' splitting and basically dropping Seattle into the Puget Sound, and the resulting tsunami going across the Cascades. I don't see this. In my dreams Seattle per se still exists; it is much different than currently but it still exists. Part of Seattle may drop into the Puget Sound, the part of Seattle closest to the Sound is radically changed, particularly farther north the high hills and cliff like structures are no longer there.

Instead of Puget Sound, instead of that hill structure that you see over much of the area north of Elliot Bay, and instead of the Olympic mountains and peninsula, I see a series of south/east - north/west fingers of land that are not all that high above sea-level but form a series of natural canals all the way from the ocean to the Seattle area. I also see new lakes, rivers, and streams connecting with and feeding into these natural canals.

What I share in common with Red Elk is seeing enormous volcanic activity in the Cascades, even, as Red Elk said, where scientists didn't know there were volcanoes. I particularly see heavy activity along the I-90 corridor, especially in the foothills just past Issaquah towards Preston, and then in another area on the other side of the Cascades north of I-90, south if highway 2 approximately as far east as where Yakima is. In that area I see some sort of cauldron like formation except instead of a roof of a magma chamber collapsing, I see a N/S crack in the ground near a N/S cliff like face with magma coming out of it and flooding an area that is largely flat.

Red Elk makes it clear that his prophesies can be changed. I also see variability in how things play out depending upon how men act. If we continue killing and maiming other people, if we continue to disrespect God's creation, then it's going to be ugly; if on the other hand we begin to love our fellow human beings and the rest of God's creation, then it will be much different. Changes will occur either way, but one way it's explosive and fiery without regard to who or what is in the way, the other way it's more gradual with ample warning and even provides some benefits along the way. I agree with Red Elk in as much as it is our choice en-mass, by our love or lack thereof.

I just felt like sharing my take on his show tonight while it was still fresh in my mind.

Dream

I dreamt I was in the attic of a large wooden commercial building. Something like Pike Place Market below. The structure of the building was such that there were walls about four feet high and an A-frame roof with the edges above the walls by about a couple of inches so there was an air gap there.

The attic was used for storages by businesses below so there were people coming and going to get materials. Pigeons would come roost in the area below the edge of the roof and occasionally other birds and animals.

The building wasn't square, the floor had a slant to it and the building narrowed at one end like a boat. At the point there was a shelf-like structure and a lot of material had collected there, pine needles, grass, etc.

A pigeon came in through the crack between the ceiling and the top of the wall and it was a pigeon that knew a lady that worked there. I don't know if she fed it but it was friendly towards her.

Up in that corner I saw something move and in the pine needle and grass pile I saw the head of a small bird. I stroked it's head with my finger and it emerged from the debris, it was a small finch. It seemed kind of annoyed that I had disturbed it's slumber and quickly reburied itself in the debris there.

I saw something furry and I touched it and a squirrel came out of the material, and then it too made itself comfortable again.

I saw part of a white rabbit. I stroked it's head and it came out and walked around a little bit and I pet it while it was walking around, but then it got comfortable and settled back down.

Then I saw what looked like the paw of a raccoon, but it just grabbed some of the material which was matted up and pulled it over itself and went back to sleep.

At that point the alarm went off and I woke up and the dream ended. Just to be clear I don't believe this dream was of a prophetic nature, just an ordinary dream.

Aunt's House Burning Basement

Had a strange dream last night that I think was a fusion between my father leaving when I was a kid and running out of heating oil last night.

I dreamt I was staying at my aunts house and that there was burning scrap wood in the basement providing heat.

Now the heat thing I think came from the fact that we ran out of heating oil last night and I had to go to a gas station and get some diesel so we could have heat until we can have some oil delivered.

But the aunt's house thing... My father left home when I was about ten, myself and my sister were left at our aunts who at the time lived in Shoreline very close to where I live now, (now she is re-married and living in Iowa). When we were brought back home my father was gone.

That's the only time I ever stayed at that house. Also in the dream I had I talked to my father who said, "You're still hung up about when I left you in 1961", except in real life he didn't leave in 1961, though my sister was born close to that time.

I don't think there is anything predictive in this just re-hashing of old-life events and current events, probably part of the memory integration process.

Future Energy

I was invited to attend a music making last night by a person I met on MySpace, Alek, who goes by the handle of, "Adults are Obsolete Children", who has a number of friends who are into music making, calling themselves Plane Site, and she also participates, invited us to an event at Mr. Spots Chai House last night.

I mentioned this on my main blog, and there is a video there if you want to take a look, but primarily what I wanted to talk about here was the energy. I'm not talking about energy as in physical burn coal and make electricity and smoggy radioactive air energy, I'm talking about life energy, that which flows through everything and gives it life.

One of their pieces is called "Resonance" (if you click on Adults are Obsolete Children you can listen to a studio version of this piece). Being there struck a resonance with me.

I've related these dreams that I have, first of calamities, and then afterwards of a very much changed Earth, at least in the region I see which is the Pacific Northwest.

I've described physically what it is like, I've described the lifestyle, people no longer making junk and marketing junk, but instead doing what they need to live and spending their free time relating with friends and family. The energy in those dreams is very positive, and up until now unlike that which I have experienced in this reality.

But not last night, last night that energy was there. It was incredible. These people I think are beginning what will be, now.

Alek, the woman who invited us, her ambition now is to start an intentional community; these are designed communities of like-minded people usually with a focus of sustainability, ecology, and often other ideals like love and acceptance of your fellow man and other life forms. She is one intelligent lady, and her friends are pretty incredible as well.

All I can say at this point is that it gave me some sense of hope for the future that I haven't had in decades.
