Interesting video
Take a look at this blog for a very interesting video.
At first, it appears to be a meteor entering the atmosphere. Something with a lot of volatiles because it has quite a tail. As it gets very close to the camera, you can see the "tail" leaves the nucleus in a spiral pattern but the spiral seems fixed not spinning.
The clip claims that it's a ship spiraling out of a worm-hole. I don't buy that but by the same token it's hard to imagine what would create a spiral tail like that.
It gets quite large just before the video ends which suggests that it likely impacted very soon there after close by.
