I've added a new site to the resource links on the sidebar, UForth, A World Guide to UFO Shapes and Configurations. I stumbled across this site while looking for information on Orb or Sphere type UFOs which are of particular interest to me because I've photographed them on three occasions and because credible reports of UFO abduction cases seem to have stopped about the same time these started showing up in large numbers, in the late summer of 2006.

This site categorizes various UFO shapes and provides some information about what is known about various types. It has some fairly good photographs and is a good resource to go look at if you spot something and want to find out of if someone might have photographed something like what you just saw.

Further Analysis - Unidentified Fixed Object

In an attempt to improve the signal to noise ratio on the image and hopefully see more detail, I overlaid the three good images so that the signals would add and some of the noise would average out.

This allowed me to brighten the dark area a bit and then I did some digital signal noise reduction on it to try to further see details in the noise.

A couple of things became apparent; the UFO hadn't moved AT ALL between the three images, they lined up exactly, when the background lined up, so did the UFO.

Second, with the background slightly less noisy I could see some dark details. As I brought the brightness up slightly, it looks to me like that object just might be the roof of an A-frame house or building. It is barely discernible, so much so that I can't be sure, but I think I'm seeing a building there.

So this might be just a metallic roof on a building that happened to be at just the right angle to reflect sunlight back at me and not so interesting after all.

UFO Over Puget Sound 8/20/2008 7:53PM

This is the first UFO photographs I've captured this year and not for lack of trying but whereas last year, orbs seemed to be everywhere, they seem to be making themselves scarce this year. This object, not an orb, no idea what it is.

I stopped at Richmond Beach and saw something glinting in the sun across Puget Sound from where I was. It was almost directly in line with the Sun and so the reflection of sunlight off the water was very bright making everything else appear dark. This object was also highly reflective and had a gold color to it.

The object slowly drifted from the left to the right (south to north) and appeared to kind of shift in shape as it moved, but as you can see from the water, there was enough warmth to cause turbulence in the atmosphere distorting the object so the change in shape could have been just due to atmospheric distortion.

I got four images of this object but the last one wasn't very good quality because the lens on my camera has bad chromatic aberration near the periphery of the frame and the last image has the object near the periphery.

Below are 600x480 crops from the original images, (full resolution) to see the full image click on the cropped image. Also please note the date in images are off by one hour as I set the camera during the winter and it does not automatically adjust to Daylight Savings Time.

For comparison here is a photograph of a sailboat taken from the same location across the Puget Sound, this more to the north where the sun isn't lighting up the water as much as is actually slightly closer but it gives you an idea of the relative scale and the clarity of a familiar object.

The boat is at perhaps three quarters the distance as the other object. This was taken from the same location just minutes later in order to provide some frame of reference. The water is darker and what appears to be the sky behind brighter because the boat was to the north of the UFO and not in line with the sun. Also note what appears to be the sky above the tree line is actually the Olympic mountains largely obscured by really bad haze today.

Make of it what you will because I don't know what to make of it other than it's not an airplane or helicopter. I'd really like to know if others saw this; if you were on the west side of the sound you might have been able to get a much closer look at it.

Slow Flames Moving Across Sky

In the summer of 2006, I photographed a silver spherical object, and then over the next year, I photographed similar objects several additional times, in one event a group of six of them. Then I was contacted by someone in Surrey BC Canada who was regularly photographing and observing them, then by someone in Portland Oregon that videoed one for almost half an hour, and then I started finding these in Google satellite imagery, and photographs started popping up from populated regions all over the world. Coincident with these, the reports of alien abductions ceased.

Recently, another phenomena has started to appear and that is in the form of an orange flame slowly moving across the sky. Some people describe flames dripping off like burning plastic.

In the videos I've seen there is distinctly two or more flames attached. These appear much like a rocket exhaust except that if it were a rocket after that long of a burn it would have been accelerated to very high velocities but instead it just moves slowly across the sky. Also you can't see the source of the flame; it almost looks like a shuttle exhaust without the shuttle except that it's also missing most of the smoke.

If you do a search on youtube, you'll find there are videos of these from all over the world, not a phenomena specific to the United States.

So I'd like to encourage anyone who has seen, photographed, or videoed one of these to leave a comment or e-mail with the details. If someone out there happens to know what these are, please do say.

Alien Memories and Dreams

I found this short article by Brad Steiger entitled, "Alien Memories and Dreams", very interesting in that the interviews with people seem to point to experiences in 1969, which is the same time frame that I had my encounter.

I do feel a bit left out though in that unlike many of the respondents, I have no memory of every being a UFO crew member, having lived on another planet in this life or a past life, of having seen crystal cities, etc.

However, I have had the feeling most of my life that I don't belong on this planet. People on this planet deny their nature rather than acknowledge it but try to adapt to the modern day environment. People on this planet are obsessed with money, power, and don't seem to care about the long term consequences. I feel totally out of sync with this planet, I don't feel that I belong here.

When I was in high school and in my early twenties, I knew someone who was a war correspondent in world world II. He was a very interesting individual; he made the claim everyone already knew everything on a subconscious level; and he offered pretty strong evidence by tossing questions at one of my less studious friends with no warning which he would at least start to answer correctly before correcting himself and saying, "I don't know that!", but he did know that, somehow.

This person had seen many human tragedies, he's seen what people do to each other in war, and although he himself was extremely talented at writing, and I think could have made a difference that way, he chose not to saying that, "Mankind wasn't worth saving.", though I think in his own way he was trying to save mankind by motivating youth to do so.

One of the things he mentioned was that crystals would become tremendously important in the future; he did not specify what type of crystal however. Now this article mentions that many of the people interviewed saw crystal cities.

I get the sense that something big is coming but I don't know exactly what. May ET will come take me to another planet. I feel like I'm just bashing my head against the wall on this one.

Unidentified submerged objects, UFO's underwater. Stories of strange lights, sometimes in connection with lightning, sometimes not, spinning wheels of light underwater, sightings of crafts entering and leaving water, all indications that beings that come here from far away don't limit themselves to land.

It's not surprising that a species capable of navigating interstellar space can also navigate our oceans. Faster than Light travel involves a lot of potential complications, not the least of which is actually getting to and past light speed, thinking in conventional terms.

Let's assume for a moment that problem has been solved, then what? Navigation becomes interesting, we can't depend upon any electromagnetic signals for navigation as we'd outrun any originating from Earth, and any signals originating from our destination would be blue shifted incredibly.

Interstellar space is also anything but a perfect vacuum. Interstellar space has gas, dust, even an occasional rogue planet or black hole. There is an incredible amount of things to run into when traveling light years. If we could go faster than the speed of light in normal physical terms, how do we interact with matter that is moving faster than the speed of light relative to us? I know Einstein says it's not possible, but I've been aboard a craft that wasn't from Kansas, I know that it is.

I suspect the key to interstellar travel involves more than physical technology, I think it's a mind / spirit issue. Out of body, I can travel faster than the speed of light, but interestingly not infinitely fast, to go 40,000 light years takes subjectively about 15 seconds. When out of body, my intent is all it takes to bring me to my destination. Just think about going somewhere and I'm en-route. If it's relatively local, like Mars, I'm there, if its' 40,000 light years away, I travel for about 15 seconds, and it doesn't seem linear, I feel my weight go away, I feel acceleration, I see black, and then I'm there.

I suspect these craft operate in a similar manner, there was no physical controls, no furniture, no food storage or water storage, no sleep facilities, not even any chairs, the craft I encountered. Now, it has been pointed out to me that it may also just be a shuttle of sorts, with a mother ship waiting in orbit, but I don't believe that is the case. I am of the opinion that there are a variety of species coming here using a variety of technologies, so it may well be there are other craft that operate in this manner.

If, in this mode of travel, they do not interact with ordinary matter, then it follows that they may be capable not only of underwater operation, but even going right through the Earth or Jupiter, or the Sun.

I've read reports of people seeing craft cloaking or decloaking, and I've seen videos of this. And yes, I know what you can do with video production software and there is no shortage of video hoakum out there, but I've also seem some video that I feel was genuine, based both on looking at it frame by frame and really examining it closely, and based upon a gut feeling I get watching it, in one case, it seemed to trigger a memory that also invoked a great deal of fear, and yet, I can't pin it down.

So perhaps their cloaked state is somehow entering into the same state my soul or spirit or whatever it is that is me less my body, travels. Maybe their technology is one that understands the nature of the soul or spirit. The species I encountered wasn't the grays, but I do hear from people who claim they are interested in souls, but I don't know if this is really true or just the interpretations of people with fundamentalist religious bias, in other words, if they can't understand it in terms of their world view, it must be of Satan, then again, anal probes sound pretty Satanic.

I always wondered about where the idea that hell is down, heaven is up, came from. Granted, it's definitely hot as we move towards the Earth's center, so maybe the ancients looked at volcanoes spewing lava and thought it was hell leaking out. St. Helens definitely impressed me as being hellish; particularly the effect it had on Spirit Lake; I visited a week before it exploded, and then after saw the exact same location where we were. I could recognize the geography, that's how I knew it was the same place, but it was completely devoid of life, an instant moonscape.

Ah well, I don't know, wish these beings would come explain it all to me. Curious me is just bugged about this.

Joan Ocean and ET Friends

I added a link to Joan Ocean and ET Friends, a site I ran across while doing a Google search for underwater ET phenomena.

Coast to Coast AM had a guest who talked about underwater UFO's and such. I became curious as to whether or not this sphere phenomena also manifests under water. I ran across some photos from Google Earth that looked like the sphere's from a distance but zoomed in they clearly had a more disk like structure rather than spherical.

Still I find it interesting in part because the craft I had an encounter with 40 years ago was similarly shaped, and in part because someone who had been involved in sonar mapping of the ocean floor decades ago had said something to me about encountering a disk structure deep under water. Interestingly, the disks that show up on Google Earth underwater are in shallow water.

Joan Ocean and ET Friends isn't what I was really looking for, I had hoped to find photographs, Joan talks to Dolphins and the site also features channeling. I have to say that's really not part of my personal experience, I've never channeled anyone nor known anyone who channeled. I did read Jane Robert's Seth material but that's about it.

However, I know my UFO encounter is as strange to people who haven't had one as ghosts and channeling are to me, so I don't dismiss it out of hand, I just try to look at the material and look at the message and not worry too much about the messenger.

Overall it is fairly well put together; the graphics are creative, and there are interesting accounts. It's another piece of the puzzle that's worth spending some time absorbing.

Terrible Secret Of Space

I realize this work by The Laziest Men On Earth, the same folks that did, "All Your Bases Are Belong To Us", from a poor translation in the video game Zero Wing is generally considered to be just a work of pop-art, but I think there is a real relevant truth buried in metaphors.

For example, you have "Red" and "Blue" robots, who refer to themselves as "Shover Robots" and "Pusher Robots", but the "Pusher Robots" shove an the "Shover Robots" pub.

It seems to me more than coincidence that Red and Blue robots I believe are metaphors Republican and Democratic parties. Both parties seem determined to protect us from the "Terrible Secret Of Space" no matter how much pain and suffering the inflict in the process.

UFO Activity

The amount of e-mail I have been receiving lately with respect to UFO activity has been overwhelming. I haven't had time to look into each. Two types of reports I am receiving most frequently, the "orbs" and a fireball or plasma ball like sighting.

Orbs, like those I and others have photographed, continue to be reported from just about every corner of the planet with population centers. I am not receiving reports from areas with smaller populations but I don't know if that's because there are just fewer people to see them or because these orbs are only parked over major population centers.

The other type of reports I have received quite a few of are reports of flames moving slowly across the sky or plasma balls or glowing, usually orange, balls. I have seen video of the flames and they are most bizarre, appearing like the flames from a rocket, but no rocket is visible and they move very slowly across the sky, too slow to be something re-entering, and too slow to be a rocket.

Stephensville UFO

I'd really like to see better video of this. You can't discern anything about this UFO except that it has lights from this video. Reports from some of the people describe it as, "bigger than a Walmart", "a mile long", "a seamless metallic object", "a flying light show".

Up to this point it could be the Good Year blimp, but one hunter described it as taking off extremely fast and silently (blimps don't take off extremely fast).

There are several aspects of this sighting that seemed to involve cover up. Some witnesses said that when it returned it was chased by military jets. Initially the military said they had no jets in the air. A day later they say they had jets out on a training mission.

A reporter for the Stephensville Empire-Tribune, Angelia Joiner, found herself unemployed after publishing a story about military harassment of a Stephensville UFO witness. Her computer was confiscated, her Rolodex came up missing.

There was also some video shot of an object near the Stephensville airport making that was said to be making symbols in the air every half second, however, this video was shot by someone trying to use a porch post to stabilize their video camera and I can't find actual video which leads me to suspect that they may have been photographing a stable object and the "symbols" result from camera jitter. A lot of these hand-held video cameras have so much zoom that getting a stable image without a tripod of a distant object is virtually impossible. You can see the symbols on Earthfiles.com.

UFO Related E-mail

I've received much e-mail recently and haven't had time to follow-up regularly but I felt it worth saying that the "Orb" phenomena is becoming very widespread. I have received e-mail from many locations around the world, though the Americas, north, sound, and central, still seem to be the most common.

Another phenomena that seems to be getting more common are these orange plasma or flame things. They look like a slowly, or occasionally rapidly, moving orange flame through the sky; almost like a rocket flame without the rocket, but they often are nearly stationary, not moving fast enough to be either a rocket or falling space debris.

UFO Orbs and Chemtrails - Strange Skies

I stumbled across a website, Strange Skies, with some interesting photos, yet another case of these orbs being photographed although the focus of this site is chemtrails. I'm not really sure where I stand on the whole chemtrails thing; just about every photograph I've seen look like the same contrails I've been seeing for the last 40 years.

But the orbs, that's something I've now photographed on three separate occasions as well as having been in contact with several other people. They are photographed by people all over the world and even show up in Google satellite imagery.

This Strange Skies site draws connections between these orbs and chemtrails, but other than the fact that they both occupy the sky I'm not personally convinced that any direct connection exists. I don't know enough about the orbs to know a connection doesn't exist; I just don't find the evidence on this site convincing.

A connection may exist between UFO abductions and these orbs. The abductions essentially stopped at the same time the orbs became common place. Perhaps these orbs are interfering with the entities responsible for the abductions, or perhaps they are the next phase in some agenda. Whatever they are, they're wide spread and became noticeable just as the abduction phenomena came to a grinding halt.

At any rate; here are a few of the orb photos from the Strange Skies:

These are remarkably similar to objects that I have photographed in the skies just north of Seattle, Washington.

These also are remarkably similarly to photographs taken by people I've corresponded with in Surrey, BC, Canada, and Portland, Oregon. The first of these I photographed in Summer of 2006, which coincidentally is the last date I can find of any credible UFO abduction report.

If you have any information of these orbs, including video and photographs, I would like to hear from you.

The question of whether these are terrestrial or extraterrestrial in origin frequently comes up with most people believing we were incapable of creating craft with these performance characteristics. However, I have been told they are of terrestrial origin.

An X-coworker was in the national guard reserves. Once weekend each month he maintained electronics on these craft. He explained to me what they were, why they were created, and how they operate.

They are a nuclear fission powered aircraft with an infrared sensor bank and nearly infinite hover time.

They were created to monitor Soviet nuclear launches. Cloud cover frequently obscured satellite vision. Spy planes couldn't remain aloft over Soviet territory for more than a couple of hours at best. A craft was needed that could hover and remain in place for long durations.

An aircraft relying on petroleum based fuel can't carry enough fuel to remain aloft very long. Nuclear fission was a potential solution. However, earlier attempts at nuclear craft based on nuclear jets, Prometheus in particular, were dismal failures.

This craft is based upon an entirely different principal. It has an on board nuclear fission reactor similar to what you might see in a nuclear submarine.

This craft operates on the same principals as an MHD powered submarine, except since air is not normally conductive like seawater, it uses three plasma torches to ionize the air so it can then be directed by a magnetic field to provide propulsion. So instead of magneto-hydro-dynamics, you have magneto-plasma-dynamics. The same exact principals apply.

There are three plasma torches and jets, one at each point of the triangle, this forms a stable platform allowing the craft to hover a long time.

The magnetic coils used to propel the plasma are superconductive. It happens that the craft is also fitted with an infrared sensor array underneath so it can spot nuclear missile launches. The array requires cryogenic cooling, so do the superconductive coils, so one refrigeration system can do double duty.

I understand the infrared censors are also good at spotting marijuana on public and and that they
have been using it for that purpose as well.

Orbs

In the past I've posted a number of photographs I've taken of "orb" UFO's in Western Washington, as well as some taken by people in Surrey, BC, Canada, and Portland, Oregon. These things are turning up all over world and now they are showing up on Google's satellite imagery though it seems they don't keep the same data long as shortly after someone points them out they change the photos.

Here are a few examples of the orbs that I photographed and then I'll provide some from Google Maps satellite imagery (and apparently these are showing up in Google Earth as well though I haven't run across any yet).

All of these objects have in common a solid spherical appearance, a silvery-white color, and they appear to reflect the sky and ground.

Here are some now that have showed up on Google Maps taken from this post in Google site seeing:

Something interesting to notice about this also is even when seen relatively close up in Google's satellite image, the edges are blurry, not well defined. In the photo I took at Richmond Beach, in the full frame there was also an old house in the photo with a television antenna way up north and the camera was sufficiently well focused that features of the antenna only one pixel wide were visible, yet the object was somewhat blurred like this. Likewise, the person in Surrey BC has observed them through a telescope and that same fuzziness is visible to them. It appears as if there is a solid sphere that is fairly well outlined, and then a fuzzy semitransparent area that lets part of the background through as seen in this satellite photograph.

The objects I photographed from the ground, in the case of Juanita, they were just into the clouds, and a commercial airliner passed shortly thereafter and from that I can estimate that these aren't that large, maybe 12-14 feet, considerably smaller than the fuselage diameter of the airliner (and it wasn't a huge airliner, smaller jet not a jumbo jet).

I don't know what these things are but the way they tend to hover over populated areas for long periods of time I would suspect they have some sort of reconnaissance function. The big question is are they "ours", meaning human origin, or "theirs", some alien intelligence. Even if they are ours, I am inclined to believe not of our elected government, but then I'm not sure our elected government runs much of anything anymore.

Alien Portal

The photographer stated that this appeared to be some sort of alien portal directly in front of the sun. I thought, maybe some weird overload response to the intensity of the sun, but then noticed the violet also in the reflection below.

After looking at this a bit more I find it interesting how the purple hazy area around this has a similar pattern to the fuzzy area around the other orb photos. Those by the way are not simply out of focus. A person I've been in contact with up in Surrey has looked at them through at telescope and that fuzziness is an intrinsic part of their nature. Maybe it's something they're doing to the surrounding atmosphere.

StealthSkater Archive, Orbs, Other Phenomena

I've added a link to StealthSkater Archive on the sidebar. It's a site covering cosmology, physics, UFO's, time travel, the Philadelphia experiment and Montauk, military hardware, and psychic phenomena such as remote viewing. They're trying to relate all of this under some unifying theory and that is more or less the same thing I'm trying to do here.

I found out about this from a post to the GreenGlow Yahoo Group. The latter is a good resource for those who have a serious interest in alternate physics theories. Also, for those curious, the original GreenGlow website is at http://www.greenglow.co.uk/.

Mainstream physics says the nearest star is too far for practical space travel. Several species of humanoids, distinctly unearthly in appearance, arrive in craft, also having a distinctively unearthly appearance and function. It suggests something seriously wrong, or at the very least incomplete, with mainstream physics.

While I haven't photographed anymore orbs myself recently, I've received numerous reports from individuals, I'll post more on that subject shortly.

One thing I have photographed regularly recently is truly unidentified; while taking night photos, I am from time to time getting these black specs in the sky below the level of the clouds. To date they've been too small to determine anything about them other than they are darker than the clouds that they are below. They've been too far to even determine an approximate shape. It's quite possible these are entirely natural phenomena, birds, bats, bugs, but I haven't noticed them until recently.

Here in Washington, I've photographed orb-like objects, spherical objects, three times now. The first two times both to the north and I believe those first to may have a terrestrial, less than exciting, explanation. I have since found out that Whidbey Island Navel Air Station launches a spherical metallic practice balloon. It is only a few feet in diameter and has the appearance of those first two objects.

Being metallic, reflective, it reflects the color of the sky and ground just as those objects did, and for that reason is very stealthy, difficult to see. These objects also slowly drifted, like a balloon would.

But the third photo, the group of six objects photographed at Juanita, they were fast moving, flew in formation. They appeared white, like this one sent to me by Cindy, and like the ones up in Surrey, BC.

Like Cindy, I really would like to know what these are. Are they ours or from elsewhere? If they are ours, just what technology propels these or allows them to hover for long periods?

Ours or theirs, what is their purpose? It's difficult for me to believe objects could hover in our airspace for half an hour or longer and our air traffic controllers not be aware of it. Even if they didn't pick it up on RADAR, they would be spotted by incoming aircraft. So I have to think our government knows about these but is keeping the information from us for some unknown reason.

I've taken 24 minutes of video from this site, edited out all of the time the UFO was off-screen, behind clouds, etc, leaving just over 11 minutes of video. Sent to veoh.com which allows long and high quality videos, and then embedded the results here.

I had originally only created the above web site back in March 2006 about
something I filmed from back in 1992 but lately since I started the
little web site, I've seen others -- only took me over 14 -15 years to
video tape more! LOL

Anyway, I just wanted to share a bit of what I've seen and tried to video
tape with YOU - because I really enjoy reading your blog. I am so sorry
for my "truck driver" mouth cussing heard on the videos.
AND I am NOT saying what I've taped are ET... I constantly question if
what we've seen are OURS ( wouldn't surprise me with Bush in the White
House) or NOT from EARTH.. or BOTH? But I do NOT film or create fake BS
crap. I detest it when I see people do that sort of thing with THIS
subject. Ticks me off to no end. Because, since 1992, the 9 witnesses
here in Oregon that saw that one thing over our area for over 25 minutes
... welll, let's just say we take the subject very seriously. We've
never seen THAT kind around here since, but we've never forgotten it
either.

I felt this was worth sharing in a post but not sufficiently topically related to warrant adding it to the resources on the sidebar.

The link above does have some UFO related video but it is primarily oriented towards conspiracy theories. The illuminati and all that.

I have this to say, I'm 48 years old, I've heard variations of this same conspiracy for the last thirty years. Over the years the time table and numbers and some of the details change but the basic plot remains the same.

When I first heard this story, this planet had a population of 4 billion, and the illuminati plan was to reduce it to 250 million, now it's 6.3 billion to 500,000. While a war starting in the Middle East and spreading has been a popular method, I've also heard of engineered plagues, mass starvation, and fake alien invasions as proposed methods of population reduction.

There are several aspects of this that I don't buy into, one is that the reason is the supposed carrying capacity of the planet. This is spoken of as if it's a hard number, in truth there are many variables that affect the planets carrying capacity and the carrying capacity could be that of the existing population and much higher if we were willing to make the necessary adjustments, and I am of the believe that the people running this planet are well aware of that.

So if they want to get rid of us, or the majority of us, I guess they probably will, but it won't be a carrying capacity issue, more likely a greed issue.

ET Typology

I received an two e-mails today from Dimitris Hatzopoulos that were blind carbon copied to me. The second of the two stated, "Feel free to copy / share / remix or link any of my work."

As it happens, I already have a link in the sidebar to his website Best UFO Resources. I find him to be a credible and dedicated researcher with a genuine interest in the field so I shall relate what was related to me in his e-mail and comment upon it as I feel appropriate.

He states:

Attempting a typology based on the CE3 cases witness descriptions. I found intriguing the apparent similarities between (listed in Chronological order, as SOM101 was received in Mar-1994):

1/ CE3 Caponi, Italy 1993 (photos and story)
2/ Magestic-12 SOM1-01 description of EBE Type I
3/ CE3 Varginha, Brazil 1996 (for which A.J. Gevaerd said there are over 80 direct first hand witnesses)

The Varginha case witnesses talk about "oily brown skin", "very small hands with three extremely long fingers", "huge veins running down it's neck" (perhaps the tubes seen in the Caponi's photos?). There is a difference in the description of length of arms and legs, but the being seen by the three girls at at Varginha was seen in kneeling position (which incidentally is also how Caponi's sketch depicts it). Apparently, the Caponi being is wearing a jumpsuit and "helmet" in all but the last photo.

MJ12 SOM010 (which I don't find very convincing, but which the MJ12 researcher's have worked on for years, their website rates the highest rate of confidence) describes EBE-Type-I with a round cranium, chalky-yellow pebbled skin, 4 long digits, and legs which are bowed and proportinately large.

Caponi ET Photo

Look at the legs in this photo from:

They appear as if they are made out of crumpled paper. I strongly suspect that's because they are. Looking at this, what I see are some old grocery bags with some shellac on the final project once it had dried.

The Brazil case is another matter. Although there is much that suggests there is a reality to this event, the verifiable strange death of a 23 year old policemen that touched the alien, over 80 witness accounts, the description seems quite different from the Caponi ET. The drawings are also much different leading me to believe that the Varginha Brazil case, while interesting, is unrelated to Caponi.

So in short, I find it difficult to lump these two together in any sort of typology, I see Caponi as type PaperMache, and Varginha as probably real and unique.

His second e-mail I will not reproduce in full because it only referenced a photo on Rense.com taken in December of 2007 by Lynn in MA.

Dimitris takes issue with Jeff's comments on Rense.com, I take issues with both of them.

I do not feel there is enough information in the photo to come to the information in the photos to come to the conclusion that the blue glow is UV or that it's the glow of ionized air, or anything else.

UFO

This photo contains a couple of objects which may or may not be mundane terrestrial flying objects. On the left you will notice what looks like a bird, but zoom in, can't see a tail.

On the right, what looks vaguely like a helicopter but up close it is strikingly different. I didn't hear a helicopter at the time but it may have been sufficiently distant that I could not hear it where I was standing.

I took this photo on the south side of Alki Point. It was 97°F that day. The heat caused a lot of atmospheric turbulence that distorted and blurred distant objects. Additionally, there was a lot of atmospheric haze and so most everything you see here was in a blue haze.

I've tweaked the RGB brightness curves separately to enhance color and contrast. Expanding a very narrow range of brightness results in expanding noise as well. Subsequent to making curve adjustments, I used a digital camera noise reduction algorithm that is present in Paintshop Pro. Basically, I am trying to bring a very marginal video signal out of the noise.

Please take these things into consideration when you view this photograph. I am posting it here, largely as an example of what extreme processing can do under very marginal conditions because you will see photographs like this posted elsewhere advertised as alien craft when in fact it's impossible to tell visually what something this close to the noise threshold is.
