Ceres

Ceres is the largest object in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. It is approximately 950km in diameter. It is believed to have a water ice covered crust with a rocky core. However, it absorbs approximately 91% of the light that hits it and as you can see it's not white except in spots so personally I'm skeptical about the water ice crust. This image has been manipulated however. I took the image on Wiki Commons, ran it through some digital filters to remove the aliasing caused by pixelation, amplified higher frequency to bring out more detail, increased contrast to bring out surface details better.
