Suck - Seagull Duck

I don't know if this is a hybrid or just a sick Seagull, but there were about four of these altogether swimming with ducks. The gray plumage on the wings is shorter than normal, the beak seems to be Seagull shaped, but slightly wider than other Seagull pictures I have, and the brown in the tail more pronounced, and the feet are heavily webbed like a ducks. The feet are gray, neither greenish yellow like other Seagull pictures I have or yellow-orange like ducks.
