This is looking back south towards downtown Seattle and beyond across Puget Sound. The orange-brown coloring in the lower sky, I didn't add that, it was there. This is the reason we really need to get away from burning fossil fuels for energy. It's not running out of oil or coal or whatever, it's the brown toxic crud we're putting in the sky and breathing. Not only breathing, heavy metals enter the water, food chain, we eat the fish and get an unhealthy dose of mercury.
