Tree On Fire

A tree in my front yard is on fire. A branch, heavy with snow, broke, and contacted the power line. It caught fire. The tree has been burning for five hours now. All Shoreline Fire Department has done is taped off the area below falling flaming bits of tree. They say they can do nothing until City Light shuts off the juice. Numerous calls to City Light hasn't resulted in anybody showing up. They have more important revenue reducing outages to attend to.
