Funky Kirkland Cloud

Strange cloud towards the north end of Lake Washington as seen from the Kirkland Marina. Most of the sky was clear, just this lone little weird shaped cloud that held it's shape and position for a long time. Have to wonder why the atmosphere was saturated just at that one little place and it remained stable for so long even as the sun set and the temperature changed considerably.
