You are Under Arrest
Brought to you by the same fellow who made the
Oh My Goddess manga. It is almost as equally as charmingas OMG. The animation is very pretty. There are chase scenes which are fairly well done... the main setting is a really clean police station... everything is geared to be more fun than realistic. Sure, why not? For all its silliness, it makes a nice story about friendship, and everything is very, very pretty. Sometimes that is all your really need, but sometimes you want more.
